Rainbow plant milks
redesign project (2021)
This redesign project was inspired by the fact that there were these pretty tasty plant milks at the supermarket, with quite the bland packaging. I set out to change the package design, in order to makw the milks more inviting for the consumers and more contemporary-looking.

There were three different types of plant milk - Soy, almond and oat. This is what the original packages looked like before the redesign. I found them to be a bit overloaded and bland.

I created a concept, of showing the plant itself, not the fruit. So almond blossoms instead of almonds, soy pods instead of soybeans and oat stalks intead of the rolled oats. This would create a more unique look to the cartons, and also bring the milk back to its original source. I created matching colour palettes for each of the plants. The typeface was chosen to be minimalistic and not overbearing, leaving the eye some rooom to breathe, whilst adding all the necessary info on the package.
